The Family Recovery Guide

This book is divided into four parts, one for each stage of recovery. (These stages are drinking, transition, early recovery, and ongoing recovery.) We will take a detailed look at how each stage works, what tasks need to be completed to move on to the next stage, and how to survive the difficulties that come with this period of growth.

Each of the four parts will be divided into three chapters called, respectively, “mapping the territory,” “points of view,” and ”survival, maintenance, and coping skills.”
