In 1929, New York stockbroker and alcoholic Bill Wilson plunges hard with the market and becomes a desperate drunk.  Through serendipitous events, Wilson meets Ohio surgeon Dr. Bob Smith, an alcoholic for thirty years who frequently entered the operating room with crushing hangovers.  Their path to sobriety launched Alcoholics Anonymous.  This Off-Broadway production was filmed live in front of the audience at New World Stages in New York City.  A “talk-back” with authors, cast, and director follows the play
